Entry fees

GIMA members: £80 + VAT in total for up to three entries; £35 + VAT for single entries.

Non GIMA members: £100 + VAT for up to three entries; £50 + VAT for single entries.

Rules Of Entry

The closing date for entries is 11th June 2010
All UK and EU based suppliers to the UK garden market, manufacturers, producers or importers are eligible to enter for Awards, whether GIMA members or not
Companies may submit entries for as many Awards categories as they wish, and several entries per category are acceptable. Entries for the 2010 Awards must relate to marketing activities or products launched during the current season, from June 2009 to May 2010 inclusive
Suggested retail prices MUST be indicated
All entry products and materials remain the property of GIMA unless their return is specifically requested. GIMA may use them for publicity purposes or for donation to charity
Products for return should be clearly marked with a red sticker for identification purposes and should be noted on the entry form. You are responsible for arranging collection of these items
The GIMA trophies and the Gardenex trophy become the property of the winners. The GIMA Awards of Excellence and the GCA trophy are to be returned after one year. All winners of Awards receive a GIMA trophy and a GIMA Award certificate as a permanent record of their achievement
If entry fee payment has not been received by closing date, entries cannot be judged
